Cone-shaped, silver coated golf trophy with flaring handles on both sides, a circular base and an embossed leaf panel at the top. On one side, the following is engraved "Visscher-Brooks Cup, Ladies Approaching & Putting Contest Winner-Gertrude Steketee".History

She worked as a nurse at Holland Hospital.Visscher-Brooks was an insurance company operated by Raymond H. Visscher and Earnest C. Brooks. They were located in Holland at 29 east 8th Street from as early as 1924 and as late as 1947.
