Description
Heavily enameled, black wooden bowl with thin brass liner; sides covered with bright colorful flowers, leaves and gold outlines, bottom black; small rust spots inside bowl.Donor, who was a missionary nurse for the Reformed Church, collected these objects in India where she labored for nearly 40 years, ca. 1937-1974.
