Description
Baandage, sealed inside fabric (canvas??) bag.  Some words are on the front of the bag, but are too faded to read.  The bag is white and rectangular in shape.
History
Items from 2000.52 belonged to John J. Piers, veteran of World War One, Polar Bear and former resident of the Holland, MI area.
John was born in Graafschap, MI on 8-15-1892 to Jan and Fanny Piers. John grew up in the Fillmore and laketown areas of Allegan County. He married Tilda Bomers in Holland, MI in 1920. They moved to Grand Rapids soon after marriage, and settled in Jenison, MI.
