Pink print on white cotton; puffy sleeves and drawstring neck are part of brief bodice; 18" waist closes with drawstrings in back, tightly gathered skirt (50" around); white hemstitching decorates sleeves, front of V-design bodice, and attaching hem of skirt; skilled hand and machine sewing; made for 3-4 year old girl; holes in back, one in front.
