Description
Wooden plaque of Jesus and Simon. Fifth Station of the Cross.
History
This plaque was hanging in the sanctuary of St. Francis de Sales when the church burned to the ground on December 12, 1995. A fireman spotted the plaque and removed it from the wall.
With tears in his eyes, the fireman handed the plaque over to the church secretary. The church was rebuilt in 1996-97.
