De Loof Drug Store was owned and operated by Harold L. De Loof. Harold was born in Holland, MI on 4-6-1904. He attended Holland High School before moving on to Ferris State University.In 1929 Harold was working as a clerk at the Model Drug Store in Holland. By 1931 he was operating De Loof Drug Store, which was located for many years at 438 Washington in Holland.
Harold married Evelyn Nykamp in Holland on 8-13-1927. They lived at 134 West 23rd Street in Holland (1929, 1940,1947 city directories).
Harold passed away in Holland, MI on 1-17-1972.
