Description
black, metal, adding machine; a typewriter-like carriage and roller on back of machine and has bell on left-hand end of carraige; roll of paper tape is held behind this carriage; sides of machine have glass windows so you can see the computing mechanism inside, and window on top shows number totlas up to the millions; there is an 8" long lever with 2 1/4" handle on right sode of machine that you pull for entering numbers; nine rows of black and white, numbered keys go across, with nine rows up and down; beneath glass window on top it says "Wales Visible Adding and Listing Machine, Manufactured by the Adder Machine Company".
