Randy Pacheco was born on February 22, 1948 in Austin, TX to Jose Pacheco (1912-2006) and Guadalupe Marrero (1918-1987).Randy served in Vietnam. After the war Randy served as a leader in the Holland community, fighting for the Hispanic community.
He died on July 19, 1993.
