Description
Color photograph of the Holland Christian High School marching band lined up on a street in Grand Rapids, MI. The band participated in the Gerald R. Ford Museum Dedication parade. Henry Vander Linde was the band leader.
History
Henry P. Vander Linde died on April 4, 2008, at Lakeside Vista Retirement Center. Henry taught instrumental music in the Holland Christian Schools for 36 years. He was also the director of the Holland American Legion Band, which he directed for 40 years until 2006.
