This locket belonged to Kitty M. Doesburg. Kitty was born in 1865 to Cornelis and Mary Doesburg. She lived in Holland at 33 East 10th Street (1910, 1936, 1962 city directories) and taught piano. She passed away on 9-2-1962.Kitty gave the locket to Henrika Willamina Hyma (1904-2002), the donor's aunt. Henrika was also a Holland, MI resident and school teacher.
