Moor Shoes/Moor's Shoes was operated by Harold W. Moor (1912-1974). He was born in Flint, MI and moved to Holland, MI in 1953 when he purchased the Spaulding Shoe Store at 11 east 8th Street.Harold lived at 230 Dartmouth Ave with his wife Ruth. He retired from the shoe business in 1973. Harold passed away in 1974.
