Description
Warranty Deed made December 10, 1943. Witness:Harry and Ruth Dunn party of the first part, convey and warrant to Hilbert Frans and Gertrude Frans of the City of Holland, lot number 3 of Elmdale Court.
History
Harry E. Dunn was born in Canada on 9-13-1886. He married Ruth Reidsema (1894-1989) in Grand Haven, MI on 5-26-1921. he died in Holland, MI on 2-24-1948 and was buried in Pilgrim Home.

The Holland city directories from 1924 through 1945 list Harry's place of employment as W.E. Dunn Mfg. Company, located in Holland, MI. Throughout the 1930s and 1940s, Harry and Ruth lived in Holland at 562 Lawndale Ct.

Harry has several patents. One is for a brick machine.
