Description
Black and white photograph showing a dead cow laying in a ditch. Three other cows are standing beside a fence, next to the ditch. A 5th cow is on the ground by these three. Two unidentified men are seen standing by the cattle, one holding a gun. The cattle were put down because they'd been infected with hoof and mouth disease.
