History
Caroline Kolla was born in Germany on 4-25-1863. She was the wife of John Kolla, founder of the Holland Furnace Company. The couple had at least two children: Louise Kolla Landwehr and Katherine Kolla Nystrom Cheff.

The Kollas lived in Holland, MI at 377 Lincoln (1910 and 1921 city directories) before moving to Hazelbank (1929 city directory). Hazelbank was located in Park Township, MI at 186 South Division.
