Rectangular newspaper notice: “Holland Couple Wed in Quiet Ceremony - The home of Mr and Mrs. William Rauch was the scene of a wedding Saturday evening when Miss Corry Kwast, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Kwast of Wormerveer, The Netherlands, was married to Gerrit Ter Horst, son of Mrs. Henrietta Ter Horst of Holland. The wedding took place at 8 o’clock. Vases of fall flowers decorated the room. The bride chose a dress of wine velvet with a shoulder corsage of yellow and white pompoms. Mr. and Mrs. Ter Horst will make their home with the bride-groom’s mother on route 4.
