Handmade fork, all metal, four prongs, plaine handle.
History
Accession 1968.18 belonged to the family of William Abraham Steen, Sr and Roberdena Heerema Steen. This family included their son Claus Steen and Claus' wife Florence Lowing Steen. It also included the grandson of William, William Steen III.
The 1870 US Census shows the Steen family living in Georgetown, Ottawa County, MI. The family would remain near Hudsonville for more than 60 years.
