History
Carolyn Stich, a Holland, MI resident, won the 2015 Tulip Time Festival poster competition with her entry "Joy of Spring". She used a paint called gouache, somewhat like watercolor, but modified to make it heavier..

Stich's other work includes illustrations for 10 children's books and a portfolio full of commissioned work for businesses around the West Michigan area over the past 15 years.
