Prof. John H Kleinheksel was born on 3-12-1854 and died in Holland, MI on 6-11-1916. He taught at Hope College.His wife was Anna Sophia Van Raalte (1856–1914). Their children were: Anna Vera Kleinheksel (1889–1910); Frank De Moen Kleinheksel
(1892–1973); Paul Edwin Kleinheksel (1895–1956); and, John Lewis Kleinheksel (1896–1963).
