Ann Van Dyk Kardux was born in the Netherlands in 1860 to Albert Van Dyk and Aaltje Arendsen. Ann married William Kardux (1858-1938).William Kardux worked at West Michigan Furniture in Holland, MI.
They lived in Holland at 276 West 12th, 260 West 18th and 268 West 12th. They are both buried in Pilgrim Home Cemetery.
Winnie Van Dyk Verhoef , sister to Ann Kardux, was born in Holland, MI in 1869. She married Wouter “Walt” Verhoef in Holland on Feb. 13, 1906. The Vehoefs lived in Holland at 272 West 12th. Walt worked as a trimmer in one of the local furniture factories.
