The donor, Bob Dykstra, retired from Parke-Davis. Bob is a life-long resident of Holland, MI as well as a long-time supporter of the Holland Museum and Holland Historical Society.Donald Oosterbaan was councilman for the 3rd ward. He was born on 11-26-1920 and passed away on 12-4-2002.
