Description
Black and white photograph taken on August 6, 1960, of the Ottawa County Fair. This photo shows the rides at the fair lighting up and running. 1959 was the year of the first fair after a 50-acre section of land in Park Township on Ottawa Beach Road was leased from the township for the fair. The year-round caretaker of the fairgrounds was Viv Johnson.
