Description
Black and white photograph from 1933 of the Tulip Time Pied Piper. Neal Dalman, who was an elevator operator at the Warm Friend Tavern, played the fife for the Holland Martial Band. He led a group of children known as the "Tulip Tots" in the parade. The children were all under 5 and accompanied by older brothers and sisters. This even lasted through 1939.
