Description
Black and white photograph of a barn that had burned on the Henry Scholten Farm in Graafschap. Firefighters from Graafschap and Park Township came at 4 pm and stayed for two hours. They kept the fire from spreading to nearby houses and other buildings. Henry Scholten suffered minor burns while trying to rescue a tractor. He lost some machinery and straw in the fire. The photograph is from July 27, 1971.
