One balance sheet on off-white, 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of paper. The name "Charles P. Limbert Company" appears at the top with the date December 31, 1938.
History
Charles P. Limbert started the Charles P. Limbert Company (1894-1944) to manufacture chairs. In 1902, the company began to produce a line of furniture entitled “Dutch Arts and Crafts" or "mission"style of furniture. It is this style that brought recognition to the company. The Holland Michigan factory was located on the corner of 6th and Columbia in Holland.
