Charles and Edward were siblings born to Dollie E. Charter and Francis Dulyea in 1904 and 1906 respectively. The 1910, 1920 and 1930 US Census' show the family residing in Holland, MI.Holland city directories show the Dulyea family living at 204 West 9th as early as 1921. They remained here for the next several decades.The directories also show that Francis worked at the Wolverine Garage in Holland from 1929 up until the time he passed away on 7-6-1938.
