Brochure titled, "Come To Holland For A Grand Vacation, Lake Shore Cabins". The resort was located in Virginia Park in Holland along the shore of Lake Macatawa. The owners and managers were The "Vans", Mr. and Mrs. H. A. Vander Ploeg. The brochure gives many amenities of the resort and surrounding area; private bathing, tether tennis, beautifully landscaped, ferry service on Lake Macatawa to Holland, Ottawa Beach. Sports such as boats and outboard motors, excellent fishing, golf courses within a radius of a few miles. The brochure goes on to tell about the 17 cabin with names, amenities and cost. The cabins have Dutch names such as; Edam, Zuiderzee, Haarlem with prices $4.50 to $10.00 per night. All units are insulated, lined with knotty pine, stall showers, etc. The cost includes all linens, bedding and dishes, etc. Reservations were accepted year round
