Author Anna Coatsworth Post, nicknamed Mother of Society. It was Anna's idea that eventually turned into The Women's Literary Club. It has been written that Anna was the first American-born woman to live in Holland. She is also credited with celebrating the first traditionally American Christmas in Holland.
