History
This yearbook belonged to James L. Hoeksema, father-in-law of the donor. James was born on March 25,1907 in Holland, MI to Albert and Grace Hoeksema. He grew up in Holland, living at 2 West 19th and 472 Central.James graduated from Holland High in 1925 and the Holland Business College in 1927 and worked for the Holland Furnace Co. and the State of Michigan as an auditor for the treasury department motor fuel division for more than 30 years until retirement in 1972.
James was married to Muriel Hoedeman (1906-2005). Their son was Gordon Hoeksema (1938-1992).
