History
The Holland Chorale began as a small men's chorus in the fall of 1960. This group would become known as the Magnachords. A female group, the Bel Canto Singers, was formed in 1967. These groups merged and became known as the Holland Community Chorale in the spring of 1971. The group sings in churches, nursing homes, for other organizations, and for many years ran the March Festival fo the Arts. The group, initially conducted by Calvin Langejans (1967-2000), has also been led by Gary Bogle (2000-2009), Ryan Kelly (2009-2012), Meredith Bowen (2012-2016) and Patrick Coyle (2016- )
