Description
Brown, wooden arm chair with three spindles on each side, three spindles in front.
History
This chair dates back to the early 1900s. It was used in Pillar Church's Ladies Aid Room. In the 1960s, this chair was placed in the back of the sanctuary to be used by members of the congregation requiring chairs with arms. One member was Nancy Lamer Sturing (1886-1986), wife of John Sturing (1882-1956). They were married in Borculo, Ottawa County, MI 4-6-1910.
