The uniforms in donation 2020.30 belonged to Robert DeLaLuz. Robert, a Holland resident, served with the Holland Police Department from 1972-2001. During that time he worked the road, served as detective and ran the West Michigan Enforcement Team.In 1989, he earned the rank of sergeant, becoming the first Hispanic sergeant in the history of the force.
