Chester H. Arnold was born 7-28-1921 in Holland, MI to Alva Arnold (1889-1955) and Amy Wood (1887-1989). He grew up in Holland, graduating from Holland High in 1941.Chester joined the military, eventually becoming a staff sergeant on a bomb squadron. He was killed in action in the Philippines on 5-12-1945.
