Photograph showing the Jas. A Brouwer Furniture Company at the north west corner of 9th Street and River Ave. The photo also shows a parade going by. On the parade route is a float with furniture and women on it being pulled by a pickup truck says "Jas A Brouwer Co, Holland Mich." on it. There are other signs that seem to say, "DeVos Paints" and "Banner Bakery". Handwritten on the back of the photograph is says, "standing on float, Mrs. Myra Brouwer Zuverink, seated on float Mrs Marjorie Brouwer Lumsden, granddaughters of James A Brouwer.
