Mrs. John Bartels was Jennie Vork Bartels (1886-1971). Jennie married Arend John Bartels (1884-1957) on 6-4-1908 in Saugatuck, MI.The 1910 Holland city directory shows the Bartels' living at 93 West 17th. Arend's occupation is listed as "shoe factory".
Their children included: Ruth; Frances; Roland; Alma; and, Jay.
