Photograph of the Bon Ton Leeland float in the Tulip Time parade in 1947. It is covered and carries six women in gowns and a birthday cake with many candles. It is celebrating 1847-1947, 100 years of Holland.
History
Randall P. "Randy" Vande Water was a local historian and newspaper editor. He spent 4 decades at the Holland Sentinel working as sports editor, city editor, editorial page editor, and managing editor.
