J & J Machine & Tool Company (1966-1998) was located in Holland Charter Township at 308 Garden Ave. The "J & J" stood for the business owners, Bob Jacobs, Sr and Larry Jackson.J & J Machine & Tool Company had a grinding department, a mill room, an inspection facility and more where they designed machinery, controls and tools. The business closed in 1997. In January 1998 there was an auction held where drill presses, boring mills, milling machines, saws, inspection equipment and more were sold.
