Description
A postcard showing a horse-drawn wagon with a large H. J. Heinz Co., Pittsburgh sign. It is carrying kegs and boxes of "Pickles & Food Products." It was sent to Randy Vande Water when he was writing a book on the history of Heinz in Holland.
History
Randall P. "Randy" Vande Water was a local historian and newspaper editor. He spent 4 decades at the Holland Sentinel working as sports editor, city editor, editorial page editor, and managing editor.
