Description
A photograph of the Children's Parade during Tulip Time on May 19, 1967. Children are in Dutch costumes holding a large paper tulip in one hand and a rope in the other hand that connects all the children in each line.
History
Randall P. "Randy" Vande Water was a local historian and newspaper editor. He spent 4 decades at the Holland Sentinel working as sports editor, city editor, editorial page editor, and managing editor.
