Description
A postcard of five women in Dutch costumes dancing in a Tulip Time parade. On the back is printed: "May Time is Tulip Time in Holland, thousands in colorful Dutch costumes, pageant groups, folk dancing, a great parade of bands, and a gay time for the home folks and the thousands of visitors."

Randall P. "Randy" Vande Water was a local historian and newspaper editor. He spent 4 decades at the Holland Sentinel working as sports editor, city editor, editorial page editor, and managing editor.
