Description
Postcard of the Folklore Exhibit in the Netherlands Pavillon at the 1939 New York World's Fair. This item came to Holland, Michigan after the fair when it was too dangerous to return to the Netherlands. The people in the picture are identified on the back as: Mrs. Ted (Margaret) Jungblut and her daughter, Maureen on the left and Mrs. Ray Knooihuizen on the right.

Randall P. "Randy" Vande Water was a local historian and newspaper editor. He spent 4 decades at the Holland Sentinel working as sports editor, city editor, editorial page editor, and managing editor.
