A photograph of a group of children with a few adults all in Dutch costumes walking in a parade. The children are holding onto a board probably to keep them together in the group. On the back is the comment, "diversity."
History
Randall P. "Randy" Vande Water was a local historian and newspaper editor. He spent 4 decades at the Holland Sentinel working as sports editor, city editor, editorial page editor, and managing editor.
