Description
A photograph of a group of children with an adult from Harrington School all in Dutch costumes walking in a parade in the rain. Several of the children have umbrellas up. The child in the center front is carrying a sign that reads, "It's rainin', It's pourin', He's snorin' ZZZ."

Randall P. "Randy" Vande Water was a local historian and newspaper editor. He spent 4 decades at the Holland Sentinel working as sports editor, city editor, editorial page editor, and managing editor.
