A photograph of a few women pushing strollers with a couple of toddlers and girls all in Dutch costumes. The girls have brooms and are sweeping the street. The date on the back is January 5, 1982.
History
Randall P. "Randy" Vande Water was a local historian and newspaper editor. He spent 4 decades at the Holland Sentinel working as sports editor, city editor, editorial page editor, and managing editor.
