Description
This is a three-page story written by Randy Vande Water on December 25, 2001.  He recounts the stories about two Medicine Women from the Waukazoo Tribe.  The eldest was a relative of Chief Joseph Waukazoo's daughter, Kine-quay (key).  The other was a living representative of "the old-time medicine woman" of the tribe named, Nah-quahm.
There are two versions of this story in the file.

Randall P. "Randy" Vande Water was a local historian and newspaper editor. He spent 4 decades at the Holland Sentinel working as sports editor, city editor, editorial page editor, and managing editor. ;
