History
Samuel Smith was born on July 27th, 1823 in England. It is unknown when he first came to Holland, MI. On August 7th, 1862 he enlisted in the 110th New York Infantry Co. A. He passed on April 12th, 1897 in Holland, MI and is interred in Pilgrim Home Cemetery.
