Lovers Alway

Description

A book entitled, "Lovers Alway" by F.B. Meyer, BA, c 1899 given to William and Kitty Vande Water on their marriage on September 26, 1925. Tucked in the pages of the book are an announcement of the marriage, congratulatory telegrams and two newspaper clippings announcing the wedding. The wedding was held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Anthon Van Ry at 201 West 15th Street, Holland, Michigan.
In addition, a news clipping about C.P. Dume is included.

History

Randall P. "Randy" Vande Water was a local historian and newspaper editor. He spent 4 decades at the Holland Sentinel working as sports editor, city editor, editorial page editor, and managing editor.
