Pedro Beltran was born 1-7-1926 in McAllen, TX to Ramon and San Juana Beltran. He was the second generation of the Beltran family to play the accordion.By 1954 Pedro was living in Holland, MI at 50 1/2 east 7th Street with his wife Epifamia. Pedro worked at Heinz in Holland. With his band Ortega, Pedro performed throughout the Holland, MI area, Grand Rapids and Chicago from 1947 to 1962.
Pedro passed away in McAllen on 3-10-2005.
