Description
A book entitled, "History and Rhymes of the Lost Battalion" by "Buck Private" McCollum copyrighted 1920. Sketches are by Franklin Sly and Tolman R. Reamer. Opposite the title page is a photograph of the Commander of the Lost Battalion, Lieut. Col. Charles W. Whittlesey. When that page is opened, there is a photograph of the "Lost Battalion" taken in France near the famous pocket the men were trapped in.
