Description
A double-sided "due date" card to put into checked out books from the Herrick Library in Holland, MI. The front had library contact information, hours, and a notice to "Keep THIS card in THIS book. 25 cent charge if lost."  On the back is a date, February 16, 1965, as well as other hand-written notes.  

This item is in a manila envelope with hundreds of other cards.
History
Randall P. "Randy" Vande Water was a local historian and newspaper editor. He spent 4 decades at the Holland Sentinel working as sports editor, city editor, editorial page editor, and managing editor.
