This item is a brown envelope containing many negatives. The envelope was addressed to William Vande Water from the Detroit Free Press and is dated February 1938. The list on the back of the envelope references Bob, Randy, Casy, sand at Macatawa, tennis players and highwater.

Randall P. "Randy" Vande Water was a local historian and newspaper editor. He spent 4 decades at the Holland Sentinel working as sports editor, city editor, editorial page editor, and managing editor.
